My 6-month-old sucks on these or leans against them when he is getting tired. Nice to be able to remove them for washing. I also pulled one off and used it to cover the airline seatbelt buckle that was threaded over his carseat one time because he could reach the buckle and was pulling it loose. I attached one of these pads around it and he just left it alone. Nice added benefit!

These sucking pads are a little pricey (could make them myself for much less),but they are worth it! My son can gnaw to his heart's content and I don't have to wash the entire carrier. They also catch spit-up and drool quite well. Nice and stretchy 100% cotton terry, then can also be used for a "sweatband" when wearing the carrier with a tank top. Overall a wonderful accessory for your Ergo carrier!

My son sucks on these constantly in his ergo and its great that i can wash them so easily and not worry about cleaning the pack itself. Great product. I love my ergo as its so supportive for both baby and me and comfortable.

They are great. My son is teething. He made carrier so messy so I have to wash it almost twice a week. Since I start using sucking pads, I have not washed the carrier since. The sucking pads become the part of the carrier now. I feel the piece is missing if wear carrier without them.

These pads are a terrific idea! My teething 6-month old chews on these whenever she's in her Ergo and they don't irritate her sensitive cheeks!
